Executives of technology firms Aerojet Rocketdyne of Sacramento, California, and ICO RALLY Inc., of Palo Alto, California, will sign a NASA Mentor-Protégé Agreement Dec. 7 at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.
